NEW YORK - CNN Travel announced the Top 10 places in the world preferred by "selfie" smartphone takers. Tall buildings and theme parks seem to be the most popular spots, especially with Chinese tourists. In all, over 219 million Instagram posts last year were tagged "selfie" and the Eiffel Tower was the most preferred spot as a "selfie" backdrop. Here's CNN's complete Top 10 list:
